I’ve been paying attention to food presentation a lot lately and I really want to up my game. I want to move beyond classic charcuterie boards and create platters for main courses that really wow people.
We are so lucky to live in places where we have access to beautiful and delicious food, and presenting it like this feels like such an amazing way to celebrate it.
Prescott, a musician originally from Moncton, New Brunswick, had no formal training when he started cooking and photographing food. He simply started out of an interest to eat better and build a sense of community.
While I don’t have enough of an ego to think that I can do what he did, I’m definitely going to try to work on my presentation and create a similar feeling to what he does.
As soon as my kitchen renovation is complete, it begins!
